Custom-made tufted pouch with your pet's name on it (medium size)

Product Description

In response to many requests from our customers, we now have a new personalized pouch!
We will handcraft each and every pouch with your beloved dog or cat as a motif.
The pouches are original, with attention paid to the fabric, lining, and details! (Available in 6 colors)

The motif's face is approximately 9cm to 10cm in size.
*We will create the doll using the preset design as a reference and your photo as a base, by changing the contours, position of the eyes, nose, and length of the ears.
Because these are handmade items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to produce an item exactly like the one in the photograph. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance.

📌Please read before ordering📌

1. The end result is a more character-like image rather than a realistic facial expression like wool felt.
   Since it is based on a preset design, customization may be difficult.
2. Since tufting is a technique used to create flat rugs, there are limitations to how well it can create three-dimensional designs.
3. Due to the nature of tufting, it is not possible to achieve the appearance of straight or silky hair.
   *The hair around the ears of a Chihuahua 's long coat will not be depicted to a realistic length, but will be depicted simply.
   * Depending on the dog, it may be difficult to express the image, especially for Yorkshire Terriers . We would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance.
4. The eyes and nose are made of plastic.

Production process

1. Ordering
2. Receive a consultation email (we will contact you within 2-3 business days)
3. Reply to the inquiry email and send a model photo. *No preliminary illustrations will be provided for this product.
4. Confirmation of order sheet contents
5. Start of production
6. Receive the finished photo
7. Delivery

You can choose whether or not to have your name engraved.
Your name will be embroidered directly onto the fabric!
Once your order is complete, we will ask you about the text and thread you would like embroidered.
*Fonts available include Hiragana, Katakana, English, Hangul, and even Kanji!
*Up to 10 characters are possible.

1. After you have placed your order, we will contact you to ask about any details necessary for production. Please be sure to reply.
   *Production will begin once you have agreed to the contents of the order sheet we will send you!
2. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns or exchanges once production has begun.
3. Since each item is handmade, it may take some time to deliver. If you are in a hurry, please place your order well in advance.
4. Since this is a handmade product, it may be slightly asymmetrical. If you are looking for perfection, please refrain from ordering.
5. If you do not reply to our inquiry email and provide detailed information within 30 days from the day after your order date, we will cancel the production and your order will not be refunded.
