Workshop Related
Q: When can I book a workshop?
A: We start taking reservations for the following month's workshops around the 10th of each month.
Unfortunately, we do not announce the reservation start date in advance.
We appreciate your understanding.

Q: I would like to make a reservation for two people, but is it possible to do so if there is only one remaining?
A: The remaining number of seats is the number of seats available for reservation.
If you wish to make a reservation for two people, please make your reservation from among the dates and times with two or more remaining.
Q: How many people can make a reservation at the same time?
A: Up to three people can experience this at the same time.
For on-site workshops, we can also accommodate groups of three or more people.
If you have already decided the desired number of people, please contact us in advance with the number of people and the workshop menu.
Q: Can I book separate courses with my friends?
A: Friends or couples can join in and each participant can experience a different course!
Example: Coaster & My Child's Bag Estimated times are listed on each course page for your reference.
Production time will vary from person to person depending on factors such as the time it takes to choose colors, dexterity, and simplicity of the design.
Please rest assured that we will support you to ensure that the sessions are completed at approximately the same time.
Q: Can children participate in the experience?
A: In principle, students must be in the first year of junior high school or above.
If you have experience making items using a sewing machine or if your child is good at knitting, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please feel free to contact us 💁♀️
Q: Can I bring a companion with me?
A: We apologize, but because our studio is very small, we do not allow accompanying persons to come in, including for viewing, due to space restrictions.
If a customer other than the person making the reservation joins the experience on the day of the reservation, an additional experience fee will be charged for one person.

Q: I have made a reservation. When will I receive the design list?
A: There is a link in the order confirmation email you received when you made your reservation .

If you are unable to confirm your receipt, please contact us prior to the specified design submission deadline and inform us that you are unable to confirm the design list.
Q: Can I create an original design in a designated design workshop?
A: Tufting is a technique used to create large carpets and rugs, so the smaller the area to be produced, the more difficult it becomes.
As a result, detailed designs can be extremely difficult, and the end result may be something like, "The design is not what I expected" or "I can't tell what the pattern is."
We provide designated designs to adjust the level of difficulty so that even first-timers can enjoy the tufting experience.
If you would like to create your own original design, we kindly ask you to take the Mini Rug Class.
Q: Can I make a design with my favorite character?
A: We apologize, but due to copyright protection reasons, we are unable to use any designs other than our original designs.
In order to support the creative endeavors of creators, if there is a possibility that the design may not be original, regardless of whether the creator is famous or unknown, we may ask about permission to use the design.
(You may use it if you can provide proof that you have obtained permission to use it.)
Order production related
Q: Can you make an exact replica from a photo?
A: We will use your photo as a reference when creating the piece, but because tufting is a technique used to create large carpets and rugs, there are limitations to how fine patterns and three-dimensional objects can be reproduced.
As a result, the finished product looks more like a character, rather than a realistic facial expression like wool felt.
We will do our best to reproduce the product as accurately as possible, but as we are unable to remake it once production has begun, if you are worried about not being able to imagine the finished product or if you require perfection, we ask that you refrain from ordering.
Also, depending on the type of subject, it may be difficult to reproduce.
For example, due to the nature of tufting, it is not possible to achieve straight or silky hair.
Please contact us and let us know the type of model you would like to produce and we will provide you with information.
Q: I've placed my order, what should I do next?
A: After placing your order, we will send you a consultation email within 2-3 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
We would appreciate it if you could wait a little while until we provide you with further information.
If you have not received an email within one week of placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
