Product Description

The long-awaited chinchilla and hamster are now available!
In response to many of your requests, we will be hand-making mirror keychains with chinchilla and hamster motifs using tufting.

[Original Mirror] The back is a specially made original mirror.
You can choose from ivory and beige colors.
You can also choose to have your logo engraved or not.

[About the face]
The face size is approximately 8cm to 9cm.
*We will create the doll using the preset design as a reference and your photo as a base, by changing the contours, position of the eyes, nose, and length of the ears.
Because these are handmade items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to produce an item exactly like the one in the photograph, so if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance.
If the model has a special color or characteristic, please be sure to contact us in advance.

📌Please read before ordering📌

1. Since tufting is a technique used to create flat rugs, there are limitations to how well it can create three-dimensional designs.
2. The end result is a more character-like image rather than a realistic facial expression like wool felt.
   We ask that you think of the texture and other aspects as being similar to that of a doll.
3. Since it is based on a preset design, customization may be difficult.
4. The ears are recreated using wool felt. They are less durable than the wool part (face), so please handle them gently.
5. The parts that cannot be reproduced are the following small details: ✖ Beard and teeth
   ✖ Thin, silky hair around the ears
   ✖ Folds inside the ears, fine wrinkles on the face *In addition to the above, there are some parts that cannot be reproduced due to the model's characteristics.
6. The eyes are made of plastic parts.
   The nose is recreated using wool felt.

2. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns or exchanges once production has begun.
3. Since each item is handmade, it may take some time to deliver. If you are in a hurry, please place your order well in advance.
4. Since this is a handmade product, it may be slightly asymmetrical. If you are looking for perfection, please refrain from ordering.
5. If you do not reply to our inquiry email and provide detailed information within 30 days from the day after your order date, we will cancel the production and your order will not be refunded.
