Product Description

We will handcraft each mirror keychain with your beloved dog or cat motif using tufting.

[Original Mirror]
The back is a specially made original mirror.
You can choose from ivory and beige colors.
You can also choose to have your logo engraved or not.

[About the face]
The face size is approximately 8cm to 9cm.
*We will create the doll using the preset design as a reference and your photo as a base, by changing the contours, position of the eyes, nose, and length of the ears.
Because these are handmade items, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to produce an item exactly like the one in the photograph, so if you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us in advance.

📌Please read before ordering📌

1. The end result is a more character-like image rather than a realistic facial expression like wool felt.
   Since it is based on a preset design, customization may be difficult.
2. Since tufting is a technique used to create flat rugs, there are limitations to how well it can create three-dimensional designs.
3. Due to the nature of tufting, it is not possible to achieve the appearance of straight or silky hair.
   *The hair around the ears of a Chihuahua 's long coat will not be depicted to a realistic length, but will be depicted simply.
   * Yorkshire terriers, Pekingese, pug mixes, etc. tend to have complex expressions, so it may be difficult to express them depending on the dog. We would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance.
4. Due to the nature of tufting, it is not possible to reproduce mottled patterns such as blue merle or silver dapple .
5. It is not possible to recreate a cat's whiskers.
6. We cannot express teeth.
7. Dogs: Eyes (black only) and noses (black or brown) will be made of plastic.
8. Cat: You can choose the eye color (only black for the pupil) and the nose will be made of wool felt (or plastic parts).

2. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns or exchanges once production has begun.
3. Since each item is handmade, it may take some time to deliver. If you are in a hurry, please place your order well in advance.
4. Since this is a handmade product, it may be slightly asymmetrical. If you are looking for perfection, please refrain from ordering.
5. If you do not reply to our inquiry email and provide detailed information within 30 days from the day after your order date, we will cancel the production and your order will not be refunded.
