Introducing our new customizable "Wall-Mounted Name Plate"! 🐾
Inspired by your beloved pet, each name plate is handmade one by one using a tufting technique!
Attach it to your room's door or your pet's cart for a heartwarming name plate that brings a smile every time you see it.

Customization Options

[ Base Color ]
You can choose from 12 different colors. Please select a color that matches your room's atmosphere or your pet!

[ Alphabet Parts ]
You can choose any combination of the following 5 colors: ivory, pink, purple, yellow, and blue.

[ Hanging Part ]
You can choose between a silver ball chain or yarn in your favorite color.

We'll use a standard design as a base and refer to your photos to adjust the outline, eye and nose placement, and ear length.
Since each piece is handmade, we can't promise an exact replica of your photo. If you have concerns, please contact us beforehand.

Important Notes

[ Regarding Production ]

1. The finished product will have a more character-like appearance rather than a hyper-realistic one,unlike needle felting.
2. Since we use a standard design as a base, customization may be limited.
3. Tufting is a technique for creating flat rugs, so there are limitations to achieving three-dimensional expressions.
4. Due to the nature of tufting, we cannot accurately reproduce straight or silky smooth hair. For example, the long coat around a Chihuahua's ears will be simplified rather than reproduced with realistic length.
5. For dogs with complex features, like Yorkshire Terriers, Pekingese, or Pug mixes, reproduction may be difficult depending on the individual dog. Please contact us in advance if you have such a dog.
6. Due to the nature of tufting, speckled patterns like Blue Merle or Silver Dapple cannot be reproduced.
7. We cannot reproduce cat whiskers.
8. Teeth cannot be reproduced.
9. For dogs: We use plastic parts for the eyes (black only) and nose (black or brown).
10. For cats: You can choose the eye color (only black for the pupil area), and the nose will be made from needle felt (or a plastic part).

[ Regarding Orders ]

1. After your order is complete, we will email you to ask for the necessary details for production. Please be sure to reply.
2. Production will only begin after you agree to the content of the order sheet we provide.
3. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
4. Each item is handmade, so it will take time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please place your order with plenty of time to spare.
5. As this is a handmade product, there may be slight asymmetries. If you are looking for perfection, please refrain from ordering.
6. If you do not reply to the interview email or submit the detailed information within 30 days from the day after the email is sent, your order will be cancelled without a refund.
7. The "Custom-Made Tufted pawtner Name plate" is an original product developed by AOYAMA KONGBANG. Please refrain from unauthorized use or plagiarism of the design.
