Supported Dog Breeds: Toy Poodle, Bichon Frise, Maltese, Toy Poodle mixes (such as Maltipoo), and other breeds where the inside of the ears is not visible, like the Schnauzer (for which only color can be changed).
Single-color Golden Retrievers are also possible. We are currently unable to accommodate dog breeds not listed above.

Introducing our long-awaited Tufting Phone Case from the "Tufting My Pet" series!
We create a semi-customizable phone case modeled after your beloved dog's face.
Each piece is a cute and puffy three-dimensional work of art. The eyes and nose are made with plastic parts.

Customization Options

[ Base Color ]
You can choose a single color or a mix of colors for the base yarn around the face! Please note that you cannot choose the color of the base phone case. A simple color that matches the base yarn color (e.g., gray, beige) will be selected for you.

[ Device ]
We are able to accommodate most phone models, even if they are not listed in the selection menu (e.g., iPhone 14 Pro Max, etc.).
Please select "Other" and write your phone model in the notes section.

** Important Notes **

1. This product is limited to the dog breeds listed above. If you would like a product for a breed that is not supported, please consider our "Custom-Made Tufted pawtner Mirror Keychain" or "Custom-Made Tufted pawtner hand bag"
2. Each item is 100% handmade, so there may be slight individual differences and variations. We hope you enjoy the unique charm of a handmade product.
3. Due to the handmade nature, the durability is inferior to that of mass-produced products. Please handle the item with care.
4. Tufting is primarily a technique for making rugs, so the case will have a certain thickness, adding about 1 cm of height from the surface of your phone.
5. Please purchase with an understanding of these characteristics.
6. Returns are not accepted unless the product is defective upon arrival.

[ Regarding Production ]

1. The finished product will have a more character-like appearance rather than a hyper-realistic one,unlike needle felting.
2. Since we use a standard design as a base, customization may be limited.
3. Tufting is a technique for creating flat rugs, so there are limitations to achieving three-dimensional expressions.

[ Regarding Orders ]

1. After your order is complete, we will email you to ask for the necessary details for production. Please be sure to reply.
2. Production will only begin after you agree to the content of the order sheet we provide.
3. As this is a made-to-order product, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
4. Each item is handmade, so it will take time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please place your order with plenty of time to spare.
5. As this is a handmade product, there may be slight asymmetries. If you are looking for perfection, please refrain from ordering.
6. If you do not reply to the interview email or submit the detailed information within 30 days from the day after the email is sent, your order will be cancelled without a refund.
