Each doll is carefully handmade, inspired by a photo of your beloved pet. We transform your pet into a charming, stylized character-like doll with a unique touch. 👐

【Customization Scope】

• Face: Fully customized based on your pet's photo.

• Body: Non-customizable (Standard shape and single solid color).

• Note: We cannot change the length of limbs, body form, or add multiple colors/patterns to the body.

• Supported Breeds: Toy Poodle and Bichon Frise only.

• Color Customization 🎨: Since each doll is handmade, we can change colors for specific parts like the ears or muzzle!

• Magnetic Hands 🧲: With magnets inside the hands, your doll can hold small items, hold hands with other dolls, or even stick to your fridge!

• Wearable Shoes 🩰: The feet are specially designed so the doll can stand upright when wearing shoes!

【Materials & Options】

• Fabric: Choose from 4 Poodle fabric colors or 7 Sheep Boa colors.

• Skeleton Option (Poseable): You can add an internal skeleton for easy posing!

  • Handle with care: Do not apply excessive force, as the skeleton parts may disconnect.

📌 Important Notes (Please read before ordering)

• Style: The finish is character-style/stylized, not a hyper-realistic reproduction like needle felting.

• Limitations: * We cannot replicate straight/silky fur, specific "top knot" styles, shaved faces, or ears longer than the neck.

  • Teeth cannot be added.

  • Due to the nature of faux fur, some areas may appear thinner; please understand this as a characteristic of the material.

• Parts: Eyes are black plastic; noses are black or brown plastic.

Flow of Production

1. Place your order.

2. Consultation Email: You will receive an email from us within 2–3 business days.

3. Reply & Send Photos: Please reply with the requested details and your pet's photos. (Note: No preliminary sketches will be provided.)

4. Order Confirmation: We finalize the design details.

5. Production Starts.

6. Photo of Finished Product: We will send you a photo before shipping.

7. Delivery!

• Communication: Production begins only after you agree to the final order sheet.

• No Cancellations: As these are custom-made, no cancellations, changes, or returns are accepted once production starts.

• Lead Time: Each item is handmade; please allow sufficient time for delivery.

• Handmade Nature: Slight asymmetries may occur. If you require absolute perfection, please reconsider your order.

• Deadline: If we do not receive your reply/photos within 30 days of the order, the order will be cancelled without a refund.
