Our popular earphone case has evolved into the all-new "Tufted pawtner Multi-Case"! 👐✨ In this workshop, you’ll create a compact mini case featuring an adorable motif of your beloved dog or cat. Best of all, your creation will be ready to take home on the same day!
【Design Patterns】
To ensure a fun and successful experience for everyone, we offer three design patterns to choose from:

Pattern 1 (Face with Full Background): Best for dogs with hidden ears, such as Toy Poodles, Bichon Frises, Maltese, Mixed breeds (e.g., Cavapoo), and Golden Retrievers. Note: For other breeds with a full background, please consider our "Custom Order" service.

Pattern 2 (Simple Face): Suitable for all cat and dog breeds.

Pattern 3 (Face-shaped Cutout): Exclusive to Toy Poodles and Bichon Frises.

Pouch Color: Available in Beige only.

Face Details: Choose from 10 specially selected yarn colors (as per our samples).

Background Color (Patterns 1 & 3): You can choose your favorite from approximately 80 different yarn colors!

Important Policies & Guidelines
Please read carefully before booking.- No Unregistered Guests: Due to our studio's limited space, we kindly ask that only those with a reservation enter. No accompanying guests, please.
- Filming & Live Streaming: Long-form filming for platforms like YouTube or live streaming is strictly prohibited without prior permission. These activities fall under "Private Shoots/Media Coverage" and require a separate arrangement/fee. If filming continues after a staff warning, you will be asked to leave.
- Late Arrival Policy: * 20+ Minutes Late: You will be automatically switched to a shorter course (e.g., Mini Keyring).
30+ Minutes Late: Your reservation will be canceled. No entry or lesson will be provided under any circumstances. - Same-Day Pickup: While we aim for same-day pickup, some items may need to be shipped to you at a later date.
- Lesson Duration: Completion time may vary depending on the individual.
- Liability Waiver: While we prioritize safety, the studio is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the workshop. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment.
Cancellation Policy
Please read carefully before booking.✔ Automatic Cancellation (Late Arrival)
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and automatically canceled.
✔ Rescheduling
We do not accept requests for rescheduling. Please cancel your existing reservation and book a new date.
✔ Cancellation Fees
Cancellations are accepted until 8 days before your reservation.
For any cancellations made after that, the following fees apply per person.
By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.
- 7 to 4 days before: 5,500 JPY
- 3 days before: 11,000 JPY
- 2 days before to same-day: 100% of the fee (No refund)
[Example: For a May 10th booking]
- Until May 2: Full refund
- May 3 – May 6: 5,500 JPY fee
- May 7: 11,000 JPY fee
- From May 8: No refund
