About lateness

About the design

Please let us know your desired design at least 7 days before the workshop date.
If you contact us late, we may not be able to carry out your request.

[About being late]

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your reservation, you will be forced to take a different course (such as the Mini Key Holder course).
If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be allowed to attend the lesson under any circumstances.

[About cancellations]

Cancellations are accepted up to 8 days before your reservation.
Please be sure to contact us.
Any cancellations made after this time will incur a cancellation fee (per person).
Please check the details page of each workshop for more information.
*This includes illnesses such as influenza and coronavirus.

[About the design] *Must be submitted 7 days in advance

Click on the name of the class you plan to attend and choose one of the designs from the list.
(One for each participant)
*For mini rug classes, please contact us with your original design.
