Order production process
Orders are accepted at a dedicated counter (which has different opening hours from the studio).
Business hours are 10am-5pm weekdays (closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
You can still contact us outside of these hours, so please contact us at a time that is convenient for you.
Regarding inquiries, we will guide you and respond to you in the order in which you inquire during business hours.
We may have to wait a while for a reply, especially after holidays.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in advance.
1. Order
Please check the details of the product you want on the product page and then place your order.
2. Receive a confirmation email (we will contact you within 2-3 business days)
After placing your order, we will send you a consultation email within 2-3 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)
We would appreciate it if you could wait a little while until we provide you with further information.
If you have not received an email within one week of placing your order, please contact us using the inquiry form.
*It may be included in your spam mail.
*Please be especially careful if you are using mobile carrier email.
3. Reply to the inquiry email and send a model photo
After answering the questions in the email, please submit a photo of your model via email or LINE from the order production hotline .
[About the photos]
・Please submit bright photos that show the colors clearly.
・We would appreciate it if you could send us multiple photos that you think will be helpful.
・It would be very helpful if you could specify which photo you would like to be the main one!
*If you are ordering a keychain, please also submit photos of the back of your head and your profile.

4. Hearing
We will conduct more specific inquiries based on the photos and answers provided in the form.
We will inform you of any parts of the model's characteristics that cannot be reproduced, any important points to note, and if there are any parts of your requests that cannot be reproduced, we will inform you.
We kindly ask for your reply.
Since we are unable to make remakes once production has begun, if you are worried about not being able to imagine the finished product or if you require perfection, please feel free to let us know and we will cancel your order.
5. Confirm the order sheet contents
We will send you an "order sheet" summarizing the information we have gathered from step 4 above.
Please confirm the contents and read the terms of consent as well.
※Cancellation after this point is not possible※
6. Agree to the contents of the order sheet
If you have no disagreements with the contents of the order sheet we sent you, please send us an email or LINE message stating "I agree to the contents of the order sheet" along with your full name to show your consent.
This will mark the start of production.
7, Production begins
We will begin production based on the contents of the order sheet.
The production period is as stated on the product page.
Example: Tufted My Child Mirror Keyring → Approximately 6 weeks from the day after you agree to the order sheet
8. Receive the finished photo
We will send you a photo of the finished product. Please check it and be sure to reply to us.
*The period for revisions is one week from the date of sending the photo.
*We cannot remake the item. We will accept minor modifications to the extent possible. However, we cannot accept requests to add content that is not listed on the order sheet or requests for parts that cannot be reproduced.
*If we do not receive a reply within the above period, the product will be shipped in the finished state as shown in the photo.
9. Delivery
We will make the final touches and then ship it out.
We will send you a shipping notification email after your order has been shipped.
You will also be able to check the shipping number.
